Modules will cover retail, housekeeping, cooking and bartending, tour guides, receptionists, customer contact services, etc. Funded by The Manitoba Government.

MB Customer Contact Industry Pathways

This course will introduce students to the Manitoba Customer Contact Association and their supporting partners, providing insights into careers, pathways, and exciting opportunities within Manitoba's Customer Contact Service Sector.

Module Titles:

Module 3: Pathways to the Customer Contact Industry
