Grade-dependent topics for middle school (6-8) & high school (9-12) include: - Mental health and wellness - Goal setting and self-motivation - Mental health disorders - Substance use - Ontario-specific resources and services - Apps and activities - Mental health toolbox Questions within the course will guide students through federal and provincial resources.  Submit the form to receive your course info-pack, which includes the course flyer and getting-started resources. Once your email arrives, you can also request access to the full question set to audit the material before incorporating it into your lessons. Students receive a question which they need to answer by visiting the linked real-world resource. The activity can be done in class or at home and it is self-marking so that teachers can easily monitor progress. Our 'Mindful Modules' cover a range of topics for life after high school.
